    This is as simple as a set-up coordination service. We will meet once to discuss and collect all decorations. On your special day, I will decorate your event as you envisioned.

  • Two Shots

    Things get more exciting with this reception only coordination service. We will meet several times to go over and collect logistics for your event. As always, I will execute on your special day so you don’t have to worry about anything.

  • Three Shots

    This is as exciting as it gets, a ceremony and reception coordination service. We will meet multiple times and this will include a ceremony rehearsal as well. Leave it all to me, so I can see you enjoy your special day!

What is 2-Month Coordination?

In simplest words, it’s finalizing all your planning details and creating a very smooth, enjoyable day! I will be the main point of contact for all of your vendors the last 2 months, any questions that they have, I will answer.  We will create a very detailed timeline, so that on your special day, everyone knows exactly what to do and how things are going to run.  We will discuss all your decorations, where you want things set up and how you want them set up; this will be done by creating a detailed layout. We will have a final venue walkthrough together and participate in a ceremony rehearsal for weddings.  On execution day, I will be your go girl by making sure that all your vendors show up on time, everything is set up exactly how we discussed, coordinating the timeline with your vendors, answering any questions and emergencies, and most importantly making sure that you are enjoying your special day to the fullest!

What is “Day of Coordination”?

I quoted it because realistically there is no such thing as day of coordination.  You really can’t just hand someone over some papers on your special day and expect them to understand your vision, and all the details. You need to at least meet them once prior to your special day to go over the logistics; and this is considered 1-month coordination.

What is Partial Planning?

Partial planning is day of coordination plus more. This is a great option if you are looking for a little bit more help and guidance in the planning process. We will only add this to the areas they you truly need help with such as, but not limited to, you would like my in-person expertise on attending venue tours with you, assisting with your rentals (color schemes, ideas, advice, and inspiration), and/or assisting with your floral styles, colors, and arrangements.
